When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your indicated budget, and your message.

You choose what to send. Name, email address and message are required for us to reply; everything else is optional and the form works without it.

Information collected automatically

We use basic web analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and how quickly those pages load for them.

These tools do not set cookies and do not build a profile of you. They record aggregated page views and performance measurements, not identifiable individuals.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you are proposing;
• prepare proposals, quotes and scopes of work;

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need it for the relationship it relates to, and for our own business records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to retain it.
